Cosmetics, Lotions and Liquid Items (excluding those in glass) (Each individual item)

Small Tubes, Crayons and Pencils (e.g. Eyeliners, Eyebrow Pencils/ Tattoo, Gel Liners, Mascara, Lipsticks, Lip Balm, Lip Gloss, Lipliners, etc), Eye Shadow and Blusher (20g or less) : 3 for $2
