Terms and Conditions

TAKE NOTE to ALL buyers,

you are required to read the terms and conditions. Once orders have been made, we will assume you have read and accepted the terms and conditions.

•  Orders will only be made AFTER payment has been made within 7 days to POSB savings (acc no) or OCBC. Late payment after the spree closes will not be accepted and the order will be cancelled.
•  NO PAYMENT = NO ORDER.
•  Once orders have been made/ confirmed/ finalized, no cancellations or changing of orders are allowed.
•  We will not be responsible for any lost/ damaged/ wrong items shipped out from seller. We will not be liable for lost/damaged items through normal mail. (If you are worried, you can opt for registered mail.)
•   Please do not hold us accountable for any wrong orders if you did not state all the details clearly.
•   Colours may slightly differ due to the lighting and monitor resolution.
•   For items that are out of stock (OOS), payment will be refunded once the other items have arrived.
•  We reserve the right to cancel any spree due to poor response or unforeseen circumstances. Should this happen, all payment  made will be refunded.
•  All items are new and are checked carefully for any defects before delivery by the suppliers. Thus goods bought and paid are not refundable or exchangeable.
•  Updates will only be done via our website. Please check for updates on your orders. Orders will usually reach within 1.5 - 4 weeks after confirmation.

•   You do not agree with any of the above Terms and Conditions statements.
•    You cannot wait for the goods to arrive or if you are in urgent need of the items because we do need time for them to pack and send them over from the Gmarket warehouse over in Korea.
